A majority of the material consists of Roderick Hills' White House telephone logs and messages, and printed government documents and pamphlets. Also included are conference notes, personnel resumes, and memoranda. Materials in the series are incomplete, but document the Aviation Act of 1975, the Financial Institutions Act of 1975, and a report on the doctrine of Executive privilege following the Watergate scandal.
