The “Correspondence” subseries contains correspondence between OECD staff and other government departments such as Department of State and the Department of Commerce, as well as international members of the OECD. The “Numbered Documents” subseries contains documents about the OECD Committee on Consumer Policy's meetings and press releases, often referring to product testing, product safety, and marketing practices. The subseries of the Working Party, which was an international consortium of government agencies for consumer advocacy, contains documents relating specifically to the Working Party meetings and contain information about international efforts for better product labeling, product safety, product testing, and mandatory industry practices.
