Included are Deardourff's notes from early executive committee meetings with President Ford and organizational memoranda. Also filed here are working papers and background material used in conceptualizing strategies and specific commercials, annotated transcripts of interviews with Ford, final television and radio spot scripts, and polling information. Portions of this file are related to gubernatorial or Senate campaigns Deardourff worked on contemporaneously with Ford's: Otis Bowen (Indiana), Christopher "Kit" Bond (Missouri), Jim Thompson (Illinois), John Chafee (Rhode Island), and an advertising campaign sponsored by pro-Equal Rights Amendment groups.
