Familiy Activities at the Ford Museum (Grand Rapids)

Doll Day
Saturday, June 20

Children who bring their favorite doll to the Museum will
receive free admission. Exhibit tours will be given on the
hour from 10:00 AM through 4:00 PM.
Doll-making Workshop
Monday, June 22 - Friday, June 26
9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.


Have you ever wondered how your favorite doll was made? Join
Barbara McGregor, Education Specialist at the Gerald R. Ford
Presidential Museum as she instructs on the basics of doll-making.
The cost is $10.00 per person. All materials are included in the
class cost. Seats are limited, please call (616) 254-0384 to reserve
your spot! Ages: Upper Elementary.

Simple crafts for early elementary students. No reservations required!
Free with paid museum admission.

Flags Galore
Saturday, July 4

Children will be able to create flags of varying sizes and materials while
visiting the Museum on Independence Day. Highlighting the activities will be the
creation of a canvas "handprint" flag. Each child will be able to add their
handprint using washable paint. Activities free with paid admission.
