back to American Patriot: Presidential Awards

The U.S. Congress has honored Bob Hope five times. His greatest tribute was Resolution 75, unanimously passed by members of both houses in October, 1997 and making him an Honorary Veteran. He was the first individual to receive this award in the history of the United States. Family and friends joined Bob and President Clinton for the signing of the resolution in the Oval Office.
