IN CHARGE OF THE OFFICE OF

WATERGATE SPECIAL PROSECUTION FORCE

AS DIRECTOR THEREOF

Order No. 518-73

By virtue of the authority vested in me by 28 U.S.C. 509, 510 and 5 U.S.C. 301, I hereby designate Special Prosecutor Archibald Cox the Director of the Office of Watergate Special Prosecution Force.

This order is effective as of May 25, 1973.
